Bob and Pat Tobler have co-owned Grandview on the Beach (Grandview 201) since its inception in 1997. Then, several years ago, they became full owners and have never looked back! They had always dreamt of purchasing the perfect beachfront property for their families and others to enjoy, and Grandview on the Beach has surpassed their expectations. Over several years of enjoying the serene, family-friendly beaches of this “hidden oasis”, they fell in love with the beautiful white sand beaches in this quiet oceanside community, known as Destin, Florida.
While Destin retains the quaint ambiance of its historic fishing village beginnings, Northwest Florida’s “crown jewel” now boasts the best in fine dining and shopping, world-class golf courses (Golf Digest’s “Top Ten Best Golf Towns in America”), as well as being known as America’s coastal vacation destination.
